Your screen and game are running in 4k but doesn't affect the textures, only the texture quality setting does. Not sure the standard res for Arthur's face on ultra but I'd imagine 2k. Texture resolution differences are easier to distinguish on higher resolution screens though so it would actually make more of a difference on a 4k screen, not

If you check in the most recent post, it seems they removed the rowberrow outfit from pass 2 and brought the layham jacket from pass 3 and the mouser variant from pass 4 to pass 2 (if we compare your link and the one i posted). It seems they rearranged the rewards.

Maybe it was because his sleeves were rolled up and I like suspenders so much more, but I found my Arthur most handsome when he had an unbuttoned long sleeve shirt with no jacket or vest. Fancy doesn’t always mean better looking, imo. But I would also pay a single dollar for the outfit Arthur wears during the party with the Mayor.
