Basically when the engine is running diesel is pushed out at any weak point in the leak off pipes. The engine starts and runs fine but the leak off pressure seems too high. Leak off test seems ok at around 25-30ml on all injectors. Leak off pipe assembly replaced with new and filter changed. Still blowing off fuel around the leak off connectors

I had to replace the injectors on mine and after I refitted the leak of pipes they refused to stay on, like yours were constantly popping off. I bought new leak off pipes, r clips and the little o rings. Fitted them and they still kept popping off.
